Senior UI Designer for the newly relaunched Qantas Business Rewards website. I worked closely with the UX Designer and Content Writer on the redesign of QBR for for 8 months. The goal was to completely tear apart the old confusing and piecemeal site and make it easy to understand for our customers by creating a new IA with clear copy and simple modern UI. The new site is modern, to the point, and closely aligned to the Qantas brand style guide.
Qantas customers can easily calculate how many Frequent Flyer points they will earn for a flight, how many points they will use for a flight, and how many points are required for a class upgrade for a flight. The old points calculators were extremely out of date, were not user friendly, and did not have any cohesion.
UX and UI design for the Qantas Wifi flight dashboard. This dashboard was created for Qantas staff. It enables them to see which upcoming flights in the domestic fleet have Qantas Wifi onboard.

UI and UX design for the Qantas Wifi pre-flight portal. This page is viewed by users who are at the airport, but not yet airborne. It explains the features of the inflight wifi, as well as clear instructions about how to connect to the service.

taste.com.au averages 4 million UAs per month, has over 1 million members and 50,000+ recipes. The beta site launched November 2016, with the full site launch in February 2017. I was the lead designer on this project.
